Accident Pontypool – Three individuals have been taken to the medical clinic following a mishap on the A472 close to Pontypool.
The street was shut down in two ways at 1.10 pm on Thursday, September 23, after the accident which included three vehicles between Herbert Terrace (Crumlin) to Albion Road (Pontypool).
Gwent police affirmed the street will be shut down for the time being.
A representative for the power said officials got reports of the accident at about 12.35 pm. Two air ambulances, two quick reaction vehicles, and four crisis ambulances were dispatched to the scene.
South Wales Ambulance Service affirmed three individuals have been taken to the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff after the occurrence. Their condition is obscure.
